A Rude Woman
The woman tentatively replied with a “yes,” staring down at Eric with an unpleasant expression from head to toe. She openly looked at him without even attempting to conceal the disgust in her eyes.
Eric looked confused, he must have misunderstood what the woman meant. What she would say next would make Eric understand her.
