Making an Appointment
Finally, she heard a click and the receptionist answered the phone. Rachel explained her problem and the receptionist was able to get an appointment for the next morning.
Rachel was a little bit disappointed that she still had to wait for a whole day, but she was happy that she managed to get an appointment at all.
At least now she knew that she was going to receive help. Or, well, she hoped she would… Things would go a lot differently than expected.
