Looking Different
She was thinner than before. Tom’s parents did have to admit that she had gained some wait right before she disappeared, but she had never been this thin before. Lucy kept staring out of the window all day. She played with Tom, of course. She also ate her meals and went on walks again like they used to. But for some reason Lucy felt distracted all the time.
