As with any expecting mother, Kinova had another ultrasound before she was ready to give birth on her due date and this time, she didn’t know what to expect. She couldn’t imagine that she could be giving birth to any more than four babies, but at this point in her pregnancy, she knew that she was ready to hear anything.
