In his first trip to the playoffs in 1999, he led the Titans to the Super Bowl, where he threw for 214 yards and rushed for 64 more before wide receiver Kevin Dyson was dragged down just a yard short of the end zone in the closing seconds of a 23-16 loss to Kurt Warner’s Rams.
