Lindsay Duke formerly dated Blake Bortles, the quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The two met while they were in high school together in Florida before Bortles attended the University of Central Florida, where he pursued a major in communications. Although the two split in 2014, Duke reportedly went on to date former “The Bachelor” star Ben Higgins.
