Strange Times
After six months of the new president taking over, things started getting strange. Additionally, he demanded more money for service and administration fees on top of a monthly fee to cover damages.
In spite of her neighbors’ complaining, Linda didn’t blink at the low fees. Residents over the age of 65 were not able to pay out more than they had already.
Since the younger residents had to take care of them, the brunt of the costs fell on them.
