People living on the New York side of Niagra Falls in 1965 noticed that the waters were becoming less and less torrential. The water was dwindling, and they all knew that something had to be wrong.
It was unlike anything they had seen in their lifetimes, and it greatly concerned them. But what could they do to revive the once precious falls?
