The Clue
As Sarah was about to leave, she noticed a piece of paper sticking out of the Johnsons’ trash can.
She tried to ignore it at first but her curiosity got the better of her. She walked over to the can and pulled the paper out.
It was a torn piece of paper with some handwriting on it. The words didn’t make any sense to her, but something about it felt familiar.
