In A Rush
Bottone was using the high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane to travel on U.S. Highway 75 South when she came upon what seemed to be a roadblock.
She was on the way to pick up her child. She chose the HOV lane as she was in a rush. She didn’t believe she was breaking any laws, but the officer who would stop her believed otherwise.
