While in Sullivan County, Solomon discovered that they had an open case that roughly matched the description of his victim. It was an old case, but it had questions arising in his mind. Could it be her? Had the case already been closed? Solomon asked the investigators if he could see the file and find out if she had any living relatives.
The file dated back to 1975. It was older than expected and didn’t provide much information. But there was something about it that just seemed to click.
